We seek a candidate who will support our wedding planning team with a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering the phone, responding to clients or future clients' text messages/emails, filing, creating social media content from our weddings, and other various administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities Include: Communicating effectively with potential and current clients and guests in person, over the phone/email/text. Assisting wedding planners in the administrative preparation of weddings, including filing, typing, and creating marketing materials for weddings Assisting the team with our social media presence, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
