The Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for driving wedding catering and event sales by cultivating relationships with engaged couples, wedding planners, venues, and industry partners throughout the Milwaukee market and surrounding areas. This position serves as a key ambassador for Noble Catering & Events, generating new business opportunities while guiding couples through the sales process from initial inquiry to signed contract. The Wedding Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Events to execute strategic sales initiatives, grow market share, and achieve revenue goals within the wedding segment. Duties & Responsibilities Strong passion for hospitality, weddings, and creating exceptional client experiences.Proven ability to build relationships and close sales in a competitive marketplace.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and event management systems.Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings, networking events, bridal shows, and wedding-related functions.Ability to travel throughout Milwaukee County and surrounding markets.Education & Experience
