Located just outside the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The Lumigail Wedding Venue is seeking a highly organized, hospitality-driven Wedding Sales Specialist to lead venue sales and guide couples through the planning process from initial inquiry to final event details. The Wedding Sales Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for couples throughout the planning journey while collaborating closely with venue management, catering, and event operations teams. Represent The Lumigail Wedding Venue with professionalism and exceptional hospitality Ensure couples and guests receive a high-touch, welcoming experience Maintain knowledge of venue offerings, policies, packages, and upgrades Support venue marketing initiatives, open houses, wedding shows, and social media opportunities Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the overall guest and client experience Previous experience in wedding sales, event planning, hospitality, or venue management preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Exceptional organization and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends based on event needs Competitive salary and/or commission structure based on experience Opportunity for growth within a dynamic hospitality and events team Access to work in one of the region’s most scenic wedding destinations near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park
