We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Wedding & Social Event Sales Manager to lead the sales and servicing of weddings and social events at our luxury, adults-focused resort. This individual will serve as a key ambassador of the Alila brand—bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury service to every event while maximizing revenue and ensuring operational excellence. The expected salary range Alila Napa Valley reasonably expects to pay for this position is $72,000 - $90,000. 3-5 years of previous wedding and social event sales and servicing experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort environment Proven ability to sell, plan, and execute weddings and upscale social events Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Passion for luxury hospitality, guest experience, and storytelling through events Knowledge of Napa Valley or luxury destination markets is a plus
