Wedding & Special Events Planner

Full-time or Part-time Wedding; Special Events Planner(s) needed to work, as independent contractor, out of both their home and the Pine Cone Resort that's located at 601 Highway 50, on the scenic Southeast Shore of Lake Tahoe, in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. Prior professional wedding or special event planning experience strongly desired, but not required. Must have unusually strong written and verbal communications skills and strong sales experience, as well as be quite personable, genuinely caring, hard working, well organized and energetic. Position requires the ability to rapidly compose, send and receive emails, post ads and run organized files. Some relatively light manual labor required that entails periodically carrying boxes of wedding and special events paraphernalia up to ~45-pounds up and down stairs, setting up and taking down and storing portable 8-person tables and chairs, as well as periodically climbing ~6-ft ladder to set up decorations.
