We are an old theatre that was built in the 1920's that has been converted into an all-inclusive wedding & events venue. You will... be a support to the lead coordinator in assistance with the planning and execution of weddings, receptions, rehearsals, and other events! Responsibilities Day-to-day office management Respond to emails Answer phone calls Schedule client meetings Help with venue setup Coordinate with client needs on day-of event Assist with deliveries & ordering as necessary Communicate with vendors Enter client data into folders Inventory management Day-Of Wedding Assistant to the lead Coordinator for all Weddings Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Must be available on Weekends Must have a flexible schedule Must be able to multitask & self-motivate Experience with weddings is preferred, but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20. 00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Indianapolis, IN 46203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person.
