This role focuses on the day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our buildings and grounds to ensure every event is safe, clean, and guest-ready. Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the venue.Complete basic repairs including painting, drywall patching, light plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work.Keep buildings, outdoor spaces, and common areas clean, safe, and well maintained.Assist with seasonal landscaping, including watering, trimming, weeding, and general grounds maintenance.Perform snow removal and ice mitigation during winter weather.Remove trash and debris from the property as needed.Assemble furniture, fixtures, or equipment when needed.Identify maintenance issues and report repairs that require outside vendors or specialized work.Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.Assist with other maintenance projects as assigned by venue leadership.
