Responsibilities • Work closely with wedding group clients and their event planners to plan and execute memorable wedding group stays that align with the hotel's luxury standards. • Coordinate with wedding clients and VIP guests pre-arrival to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements. • Ensure VIP guests receive appropriate amenities, welcome, and tailored personalized guest service. • Execute emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event/wedding coordination with a preference for guest service experience in a luxury hotel.
