The Wedding and Events Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and execution of weddings, wedding rehearsals and private events at the Barn at Bull Meadow. Successful candidates will be trained for our venue specific procedures, and must be well organized and competent to prepare quotes, conduct venue tours, create timelines and manage weddings and other events, such as social and corporate gatherings. At least 3 years of experience coordinating weddings and/or other events is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with less, but some experience. is a must. • Creating timelines for events and weddings as well as facilitating wedding rehearsals.
