As a key member of our community leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs and activities that promote socialization, purpose, and joy among our residents. In this role, you will work closely with our executive director and other department leaders to create a comprehensive program plan that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
