Wine Country Events Director (Sales & Experience)

Balletto Vineyards is seeking an experienced Events Manager to drive event sales and lead planning and execution of wine country experiences across its properties.

This highly visible role manages the full event lifecycle, including business development, proposals, contract negotiations, event planning, vendor coordination, staffing, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up to increase bookings and revenue while strengthening Balletto Vineyards’ reputation as a premier event destination.
