Working in coordination with Opera Philadelphia, planning and coordinating key elements of the program.Managing the Laureates needs including travel, accommodation, and security, including to the U.S. and from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C. if needed.Participate in planning meetings, approximately 2-4 a month.Coordinate with AFSC staff to ensure planning is progressing in a timely manner, that all deadlines are met, and event is within approved budget.Identifying potential fundraising opportunities; researching and connecting AFSC to stakeholders in Philadelphia area. At least 2 references for similar scope of work.Timeline: A proposed timeline outlining the key milestones and deliverables for the project, including the expected duration of each phase.
