Account Manager / Event Producer

Founded in 2001, Radeff Design Studios (RDS) is a San Francisco–based, woman-owned, full-service event design firm specializing in custom event design and production. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and venues • Draft compelling event proposals and tailored solutions to meet client needs • Manage project budgets and timelines with accuracy • Write and disseminate work orders to the Production Manager • Organize and lead project meetings, maintaining detailed notes and follow-ups • Attend site walk-throughs and collaborate on event flow/spatial planning • Create and edit floor plans; maintain vendor inventory knowledge • Supervise on-site production staff and vendors during events • Produce post-event summary reports for internal and client review • Support in-house and on-site production as needed • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and new design initiatives Reports To • Owner of Radeff Design Studios • Senior Account Manager/Event Producer At RDS, we are passionate about design, innovation, and unforgettable events.
