As an Account Manager- Event Sales, you will build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring event success and client satisfaction. Role and Responsibilities: • Provide best-in-class care to clients throughout event life cycle, from initial inquiry to item return • Effectively manage existing portfolio of accounts, while acquiring and developing new business • Create positive relationships with clients, venues, and vendors • Lead negotiations and contract discussions • Understand event timeline to ensure seamless vendor logistics, communicating with collaborators as needed • Build event layouts to venue specifications and client requests utilizing CAD software • Accurately process orders, contracts, service, and follow-up • Partner with Dispatch and Operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and processed accurately and timely • Master our inventory to meet and exceed our client needs; make knowledgeable suggestions to upsell and improve client experience • Build knowledge of vendors and venues to elevate the service provided • Proactively foresee potential issues and provide guidance and recommendations to ensure exceptional client experience • Monitor sales metrics, recognize sales goals, and achieve revenue targets Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: • Work Location: Rotation to various showrooms in the Pittsburgh Region with our Headquarters in Eighty Four • Rotating Saturday coverage is required • Required to be proficient in English and to speak and hear • Manual dexterity required for use of keyboard and telephone • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat up to 8 hours a day Crown Point Enterprises, Inc. is the parent company of three full-service event rental Crown Point Enterprises, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
