Position Overview We will train the right candidate in in-house sales processes, but strong administrative, computer, and organizational skills are required from day one. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support for venue operations and sales workflow • Manage data entry, files, contracts, and internal documentation • Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and documents • Follow step-by-step procedures for venue processes and client communication • Assist with scheduling, organization, and internal coordination • Learn and use venue-specific software and systems efficiently • Support sales administration after in-house training • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution The ideal candidate must already possess the following: • Extremely detail-oriented and organized • Strong computer literacy • Proficient in: • Excel or Google Sheets • Word or Google Docs • Able to learn new software and systems quickly • Works independently without constant supervision • Follows instructions, checklists, and proven processes consistently • Dependable, punctual, and accountable • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to work in a team envioronment Work Style Expectations • Does not require hand-holding once trained • Respects established systems and workflows • Does not bypass procedures or "do things their own way" without approval • Open to offering suggestions after learning and understanding current processes • Understands that consistency, accuracy, and teamwork are critical in event operations
