Company Description Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative & Events Coordinator at The 40 & 1 Company based in Louisville’s west end with flexibility for moderate remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities may include managing communication, data entry, event execution, maintaining and organizing company files. Qualifications • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Social Media • College graduates, college students and entrepreneurs welcome to inquire • Prior experience in administrative support and/or event planning ideal • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends is a required
