About the Job We are seeking an experienced Product Safety Supervisor to support our team of coordinators in conducting detailed adverse drug event reporting and reconciliation in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will participate in process improvements, team building activities, and drive employee engagement, while also interviewing and hiring new staff members, evaluating and reviewing employee performance, and coaching and motivating staff.
