by aligning with Alliance team members and Alliance leadershipCoordinates, tracks, and confirms virtual events, including logistics management and collaboration with subject matter hosts to ensure quality and timelinessHosts and facilitates virtual events, as applicable, to encourage discussion, engagement, and information sharingLeads portfolio evaluation and continuous improvement efforts by assessing current offerings, recommending new programs, sunsetting outdated programs, and managing the annual roundtable survey process to improve the overall member experienceManages Community operations and participant support by coordinating Community information, maintaining physical and electronic documentation, connecting resources and best practices across groups, and providing responsive customer support to Alliance firms and BDO participantsSupports program administration and cross-functional collaboration by assisting with expenses and attendee fee tracking, partnering with Alliance Operations, Alliance Digital Assets, and Alliance Learning and Development teams, supporting the Director of Client Experience, and attending and preparing for the Alliance ConferenceOther duties as required Together, we are focused on delivering exceptional and sustainable outcomes and value for our people, our clients, and our communities.
