Assistant Director for Events and Engagement

• Develops plan for event staffing (e.g., volunteers and vendors) and directs the activities of event staff. • In coordination with staff and volunteers, develops and manages event marketing including the design and production of materials, internal as well as external communications, and advertising related to events making sure that they are effective as well as maintain an appropriate and favorable image of Ringling College. • Effectively recruits, manages, and stewards volunteers, both internal and external, by actively engaging them in all aspects of event development, including identifying opportunities, planning and implementing the event plan. • Maintains complete understanding of the College’s fundraising needs and goals. • Experience and ability to build relationships with donors and volunteers.
