Assistant Director of Events

In this role, you will primarily manage larger, complex events and assist the team with other events as needed. As Assistant Director of Events, you will be directly responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, other hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. You will be contributing to the achievement of superior business results in the areas of ensuring outstanding guest service, team member engagement, favorable financial outcomes, strategic leadership, talent development, culture, innovation, and event operations. Ensure all Event manager roles have career development plans in place that are actively supported by leadership and profiles are current for succession planning. Integrate current trends in event management and design.
