In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate functions to social gatherings. Your primary focus will be to ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets the client’s vision and expectations. Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly Location: Houston,TX Key Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution • Communicate with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction • Research and secure venues, vendors, and other event-related services • Create and manage event timelines and budgets • Coordinate logistical details including transportation, catering, and A/V equipment • Assist with on-site setup and breakdown of events
