We’re looking for a rockstar Event Assistant Intern to join our small but mighty team planning FightCon - Utah's premier combat sports expo. Company Description FightCon is a premier combat sports event that brings together professionals, legends, and enthusiasts for live competitions, exclusive seminars, and a dynamic marketplace. What You’ll Do • Assist in planning and executing event logistics for FightCon • Support marketing efforts as-needed, reporting directly to the event director • Keep tabs on event inventory and coordinate deliveries/supplies • Maintain organized spreadsheets, lists, and documents • Assist in managing inboxes and calendaring • Provide general administrative support under the direction of the Event Director • Jump in wherever needed — this is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same
