We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Event Assistant to support our lead event planner in executing seamless events. Key Responsibilities: • On-Site Event Support: • Assist with light decor setup, ensuring the event space aligns with the vision provided by the lead planner and clients. • Support the lead planner in overseeing the flow of the event, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and that any last-minute adjustments are handled efficiently. • Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with clients, vendors, and event guests professionally.
