This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional event experiences within our esteemed club. The Assistant Event Coordinator will supervise and support banquet staff, manage event logistics, and ensure high standards of service throughout all events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, showing confidence in directing staff activities during event setups and service. • High school diploma or equivalent • prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred • strong interpersonal and communication skills • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays • valid driver’s license for supply pickups • ability to supervise and train staff • basic computer skills • attention to detail • ability to work under pressure
