Our team supports celebrations that prioritize people, planet, and community. On wedding days, coordinators help ensure plans are executed smoothly, efficiently, and with care for guests, vendors, and shared resources. Most coordinators will assist a Lead Planner on event days, with opportunities for experienced professionals to step into Lead Coordinator roles on select weddings. Contract & Scheduling Details • 1099 independent contractor position • We aim to schedule shifts at least 28 days in advance • Weekend availability is required • This is a seasonal position with varying needs throughout the year • Pay is $30 per hour
