What You’ll Be Doing: • Working directly with clients and making them feel comfortable and at ease • Overseeing and running the facility during events • Managing details, timelines, and logistics with strong attention to detail • Handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally • Solving problems quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision • Managing all messaging systems • Ensuring events start on time and run smoothly from beginning to end If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and love helping events come together flawlessly, we’d love to hear from you!
