We partner with 40+ brands, organizations, and nonprofit partners to create engaging, face-to-face marketing experiences across a variety of industries. Our current hiring focus is supporting nonprofit campaigns, helping organizations connect with communities and grow lasting support for their missions.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant Event Manager, you'll support the planning and execution of live campaigns while developing the skills needed to lead future events and teams.

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with the daily setup and execution of live marketing campaigns.Representing nonprofit organizations at community events and promotional locations.Creating positive, professional interactions with members of the public.Supporting event operations and helping campaigns run smoothly.Working closely with experienced leaders to learn campaign coordination and team leadership.Contributing to daily goals while developing your own leadership abilities.

Before You Apply

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Charlotte, NC.

You'll work at live campaigns and community events throughout the Charlotte area. This is an active role that involves face-to-face communication, teamwork, and event support.

Remote work and relocation assistance are not available.
