Assistant Event Manager

The Purpose of the position is to assist the event manager with all aspects of the event. The main duties consist of greeting and guiding guests throughout the event, help guide vendors and the buffet lines, consistently update event manager on tasks, and manage the barback, busser, and dishwasher. This position also includes keeping the restrooms tidy/stocked, pick up any loose trash, broken glassware or spills, bussing glassware to the kitchen to be cleaned, sorting glassware in glass racks, assisting the event manager with any event needs, and making sure the venue is organized before leaving. · Check in with Event Manager throughout event if they need anything and with updates in progress Work experience and skills:
