About the Role: We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Event Planner to support our Event Director in producing high-energy, high-impact events—primarily within Fraternity and Sorority Life, including local and destination events. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has a background in Greek Life, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of event production and planning. Required Qualifications: • Former member of a sorority or fraternity (REQUIRED) • Bachelor’s Degree (Required) • 2+ years involvement in Greek Life (e.g., officer or committee role) • 1+ years in event management, customer service, or operations (preferred) • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills • Problem solver who thrives under pressure • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed • Team player with a can-do attitude • Do you have any other talents or skills that you would like for us to know about (i.e graphic design, web design, spreadsheets expert, high performing athlete, bilingual, audio/video expertise, etc.)
