Grapes & Goods is a premier artisan market and wine event based in San Francisco, CA. Grapes & Goods is hiring an Assistant Event Planner for a one-time project-based role dedicated to supporting the planning and execution of our inaugural event. As the Assistant Event Planner, you will work closely with Founder Monika Rose to design vendor booth layouts, manage communication with production vendors, research and recommend production vendors, identify any required permits to ensure compliance, and contribute to event design and day-of coordination to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience. You will be the main point of contact between the Founder, the venue manager, and production vendors leading up to the event date. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the event runs on time, keeping the schedule on track, and coordinating with speakers, sponsors, and vendors to address any immediate needs and ensure a smooth execution of the event.
