The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous hospitality supervisory or management experience as well as at least 2 years of Party/Events management and be looking to progress their career with an ambitious and growing hospitality Company! - You have a “Hands On” approach and like to be heavily involved coaching staff and interacting with guests on shift, as well as “giving back” to the local community in which the business is located - You have a high level of passion for, and strong knowledge of, food and beverage - Leading in the development and execution of the location's private party and events business, which is a significant element of the overall business - Assisting in ensuring that all local and state laws are followed as related to the service of food and alcohol, employment and the facility in general
