The Private Events Assistant plays a crucial role in achieving our annual private events plan through organized sales, prospecting, networking, and marketing programs. This position is responsible for assisting the Private Event Directors in achieving their prepared sales plan, which significantly impacts the club's overall financial well-being. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Become proficient in using Cater Pro, our catering management program (training will be provided). • Generate contracts, letters, and informational packets as needed by the Private Event Directors. • Assist in greeting members and clients on the day of their events.
