Assistant Venue Event Coordinator

828 Venue Management Company is a fast-growing network of distinctive event venues, offering unique spaces for events of all types across seven states. The Assistant Client Concierge (ACC) plays an important role in creating an exceptional client and guest experience while supporting the 828 brand. The ACC may also assist with administrative tasks, client deliverables, and social media support. Set-up and/or execute venue services such as decor, photo booth, and any other additional venue features; manage and set up appropriate services on event day Venue representative on event day for clients, vendors and their guests Work directly with clients, vendors and guests on event day to address venue-related questions or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt problem resolution Knowledgeable in venue services, operations, and contract terms to ensure event success Onsite for events from load-in until scheduled time of departure Host rehearsals with clients Review and complete detailed event specific BEOs for Event Manager Ensure venue cleanliness prior to and post events Create and compile digital media and document on social media outlets Complete ad hoc requests from Client Concierge and/or other venue team members surrounding administrative, marketing and property needs We believe in diversity and encourage any qualified individual to apply.
