The Inn at Leola Village is seeking a Part-Time Wedding Assistant to help bring our couples’ dream days to life. This is a hands-on, guest-facing position perfect for someone who is organized, energetic, and loves creating unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities Include: • Assisting with and running wedding rehearsals and ceremonies • Supporting Director of Special Events and Banquet Managers on wedding days • Greeting and directing guests, wedding parties, and vendors • Assisting with décor placement, room flips, and event setup • Troubleshooting day-of issues with professionalism and poise • Maintaining timelines and ensuring smooth event flow • Light lifting, moving chairs, décor, signage, and supplies (up to 30 lbs.) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Prior front desk experience preferred • Prior event or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
