Role Description

This part-time, on-site Assistant Wedding Planner role is based in Phoenix, AZ. The Assistant Wedding Planner will support lead planners in coordinating and executing weddings and events, including managing timelines, logistics, and vendor communications. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and breakdown, maintaining budgets, and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and guests. Strong skills in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding PlanningExperience with Budgeting and managing financial aspects of eventsExceptional Customer Service skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and guestsHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site environmentSchedule flexibility, including availability for weekends and eveningsPrevious experience in event or wedding planning is a plus
