Reporting directly to the Director of the MSU College Advising Corps (CAC) Program, Associate Program Coordinators play a critical role in the planning, communications, and execution of this federally funded AmeriCorps program, including recruitment, professional development, and supervision of College Advisers serving at up to 35 high schools across the State of Michigan. This is a support staff non-union position within Michigan State University. • Conducts research on assigned projects/events and for the development of new projects and conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes. Financial Management • Assist in the oversight of program budget with financial projections for position specific activities such as recruitment, professional development workshops, and adviser evaluations and site visits. This position is a hybrid position located in a specific geographic area of the State of Michigan (Central) and is currently funded through June 30, 2026 with possible extension contingent upon funding renewal.
