Associate Director, Event Management

The main objectives of this role are to lead and oversee major events and projects for clients and to manage a team of Event Producers. The ideal candidate must be able to plan and execute events for clients, communicate with sponsors at the highest level, showcase strong organizational and multitasking skills, have a keen attention to detail, and a passion for their profession and team. Budget Management: • Manage event budgets and ensure alignment with projected costs. • Support and lead onsite teams of staff and vendors supporting project deadlines and team morale. • 5+ years onsite event experience as a lead on major outdoor events, brand activations/agencies, or live event entertainment.
