Associate Events Manager

About the job:

The Associate Events Manager partners with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to manage end-to-end event execution across North America. This role supports corporate events, tradeshows, employee engagement initiatives, and branded experiences while balancing logistics, budgets, timelines, and event strategy.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a bachelor’s degree in event management, experiential marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field

Has 7+ years of event management experience, ideally within a corporate environment

Has experience managing events from concept through onsite execution

Excels at project management, organization, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines

Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders

Is highly detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Has experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, and event reporting

Is comfortable working independently while also contributing to collaborative teams

Is proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Has experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person events

Has tech industry experience (preferred)

Is flexible and available for travel, weekend events, and changing priorities as needed

What you'll do:

Manage end-to-end event planning, execution, budgeting, and reporting

Coordinate vendors, contracts, logistics, invoicing, and financial reconciliation

Support corporate events, employee engagement programs, and tradeshows

Partner with marketing, communications, and business teams on event strategy and execution

Collaborate on event branding, creative assets, content, and promotional materials

Develop event timelines, documentation, and plans of record

Conduct post-event analysis, reporting, and debriefs

Propose innovative event concepts aligned with industry trends and company goals

Support multiple concurrent events across virtual, hybrid, and in-person environments
