KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Events and Meetings to join our Events and Meetings team. Responsibilities: Assist the planning and execution of events and programs, including project timelines, budgeting and approvals, data analysis and reporting, research and sourcing, agenda development, virtual platform support, and logistics coordinationWork collaboratively as part of the planning team on large-scale programs to help achieve event objectives, manage logistics, and ensure seamless program deliveryCoordinate deliverables with internal departments and external vendors, including contracting and compliance, graphic design and production, marketing, communications, national purchasing, learning operations, campus recruiting, and specialty item vendorsMaintain strong compliance, controls, and risk management practices by using firm-supported tools and following established processesCollaborate with Events and Meetings colleagues to share industry updates, promote best practices, drive consistency and efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation with a client-centric focusAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimum one year of recent experience in events, meetings, program coordination, or related planning activities, preferably within a professional services or corporate environmentBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; high school diploma or GED is requiredStrong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to support a client-focused and team-oriented environmentAbility to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendorsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to manage multiple priorities, support detailed logistics, and contribute to consistent execution across events and programsAbility to travel up to thirty percent annuallyApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity.
