Athlete & Event Coordinator (TrueSport)

The Athlete & Event Coordinator supports the USADA/TrueSport mission through the identification, development, implementation, and oversight of all TrueSport events and program engagement. • Develop criteria for athlete ambassador/advocate engagement, working closely with other USADA departments, to ensure athlete engagement at TrueSport camps, clubs, events, and conferences. • Coordinate the TrueSport Athlete Ambassador program, including the identification, vetting, and recruitment of athletes; relationship management; annual contract review; budget development and tracking; orientation and training; and work closely with other USADA departments, to ensure athlete engagement at TrueSport camps, clubs, events, and conferences. • Collaborate with the TrueSport team to support the development of program strategy and direction. • Ability to work with various levels of management.
