• Manage online registration and fundraising software, including building annual custom registration site and managing all participant data. • Oversee 350+ volunteers, creating and managing volunteer online registration site, securing volunteer captains, and providing training materials. • Manage event financials, including annual budget forecast and tracking system, overseeing bid and procurement process for all paid vendors, and processing all invoices. • Proven experience (minimum 5+ years) in organizing endurance, fitness, or charity events, with a strong track record of managing logistics, timelines, and teams. • Experience planning events of 500+ participants.
