About the Event: The Cleveland Open is a professional tennis tournament held in Cleveland, Ohio, as part of the ATP Challenger Tour. Position Summary: The Ballperson Coordinator is responsible for helping towards recruitment and on-site management of the ballpersons during the event. Responsibilities: • Work with the Tournament Director to help recruit the necessary ballpersons. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team management role, preferably within a sports or event context. • This role will be remote and part time prior to the event, while being available for the duration of the Columbus Challenger event is necessary (February 1 - 8, 2026).
