• Speak with guests requiring any special dining reservations over 20 people • Coordinate Time elements of the activities • Coordinate Food and Beverage Options • Coordinate any Audio Visual or entertainment options with the Director of Restaurants and Guests for pricing • Discuss payment methods including deposit for these reservations • Maintain a calendar of BEOs for the Food and Beverage Team • Also send an email with the attached BEO to Crescent Food and Beverage Team • Communicate 72 hours prior to the event to discuss the exact number of attendees and changes • Call guest back that would have required information concerning the restaurant. • Maintains integrity of service • Helps the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant. • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. • Must be able to cross-train in other hotel-related areas. • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
