Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism and efficiency are critical. This hybrid role requires a balance of on-site coordination during events and office-based planning and client communication. A degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field, combined with at least two years of experience in banquet or event coordination, is preferred.
