Banquet Captain

This position will support both our sales & events team and culinary team in executing memorable hotel events and banquets, while also leading our dedicated banquets team. • Ensure compliance with MIOSHA standards to provide a safe work environment • Knowledge and implementation of all banquet and food and beverage brand standards • Assist Director of Food and Beverage with: department meetings and weekly work schedules • Complete additional administrative duties that include: inventory and ordering.
