Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Floor Manager to oversee the operational execution of events at our venue. Duties

Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events to ensure smooth operations from start to finishLead and coordinate event staffManage event timelines, schedules, and logistics to meet client specifications and organizational standardsCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance guest satisfactionHandle guest services proactively to resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations throughout all event activitiesQualifications

Proven experience in event management or hospitality industry roles with a focus on large-scale events or conferencesStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software platformsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of catering operations, guest services, and hospitality best practicesSkilled in project management with exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple concurrent eventsAbility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining professionalism under pressureThis role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals passionate about delivering outstanding event experiences. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
