This position will report to the Director of F&B Operations and work very closely with the Event Services team to provide event experiences to our guests that are unique and unmatched in the Central Oregon area. Responsible for the performance and goal setting of the banquet service staff, including direct supervision of the banquet staff. Collaborate with Catering/Conference Services, Food & Beverage managers and the Culinary team to ensure that quality service is provided for all meeting and banquet guests. Strong project management skills required.
