Manage the banquet functions for the club. • Transmits necessary information to and coordinates event planning with production, serving staff, procuring of decorations, entertainment and other special requests, etc. • Oversees scheduling of banquet service employee meetings • Prepares and reviews table diagrams, guest tables and set-up needs for special functions. • Assures that state and local laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed. • Manages inventory of all banquet service ware, equipment and supplies to meet required needs.
