OCK is a small plate restaurant geared towards a fast pace. Chef Jeffrey Stout provides ingredient-driven dishes in a comfortbale enviornment with lots of positive energy. As the point of contact for banquet interactions in the dining room, the Banquet Assistant is responsible for executing banquets using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills. Responsibilities Include • Assisting event hosts with menu selections • Assist with table layouts according to the hosts preferences • Designing and printing menus for each banquet • Monitoring guest satisfaction • Familiar with POS • Greeting the host at the beginning of each banquet • Being proactive
