This role involves comprehensive responsibilities, including the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events such as corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, banquets, and social gatherings. The Senior Events Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and the hotel, ensuring personalized attention and seamless communication throughout the event lifecycle. • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or related field • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a luxury or full-service hotel environment • Proven leadership experience managing a team • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in event management software such as Delphi, Opera Sales & Catering, and Social Tables • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
