The Senior Events Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and the hotel, ensuring personalized attention and seamless communication throughout the event lifecycle. • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or related field • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a luxury or full-service hotel environment • Proven leadership experience managing a team • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in event management software such as Delphi, Opera Sales & Catering, and Social Tables • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
